How we'd build yours

Example plan

Case studies will come once clients approve them. Until then, here's how we'd build a launch site for a seed-stage B2B SaaS startup.

  1. Plan

A one-page plan: every page, every form, and who gets each alert. Domain, hosting, GitHub, and CMS set up in your accounts.

  2. Design

Design and copy, built from your positioning. Home and pricing pages on a preview link.

  3. Forms

Demo-request form into HubSpot, Cal.com booking, and a Slack alert for each lead. You submit a test request and watch it land.

  4. Polish

Docs, changelog, schema, sitemap, and Core Web Vitals checks on iPhone and Android. The CMS goes into your team's hands.

  5. Launch

Your fix list, the domain cutover, and launch. You get every login and an editing walkthrough.

This is an example plan, not a past client project.

Who this is for

Sound familiar?

Startups launching alongside their MVP

The product ships in six weeks, and our site still says ‘coming soon.’

A launch site planned on your MVP's timeline: home, pricing, docs, and a signup that hands off to the app. See MVP development.

B2B companies whose site doesn't bring in demo requests

We get traffic, but hardly anyone books a demo.

One clear demo-request path on every page. Each request lands in HubSpot or your CRM, with a Slack alert to whoever follows up.

Teams stuck on a slow WordPress or page-builder site

Every change needs a developer, and we’re afraid a rebuild will cost us rankings.

A Next.js rebuild with an editor your marketing team can use, and a 301 redirect for every old URL with traffic or links.

What we build

Marketing sites built to book demos

Most B2B visitors want pricing, a detail, or a person to talk to. So every page gets one clear next step. We agree on the form fields, where each request lands, and who gets alerted. Before launch, you submit the form yourself and watch it reach your CRM.

  • Demo-request flow into HubSpot or your CRM
  • Cal.com booking on the site
  • Forms into your CRM, with a Slack alert

Fast pages with the technical SEO done

Static pages on Next.js, served from a CDN, load fast on phones. Before launch, we check Core Web Vitals on real iPhone and Android devices. We also set up what search engines need to read every page.

  • Core Web Vitals checked on real phones
  • Schema markup, an XML sitemap, and clean page titles
  • Search Console and cookieless analytics from launch day

A site that grows with your product

Pricing moves, docs grow, and features keep shipping. We build on your app's framework, so pricing, docs, and changelog pages pull from one source. Logins and payments can come later without a rebuild. If you don't need that, we keep the site simple.

  • Pricing, docs, and changelog pages
  • Stripe checkout when you start selling online
  • A login link that hands off to your app

Rebuilds of slow WordPress and page-builder sites

First, we audit which pages get visits, which searches find you, and which sites link to you. The redirect map comes before any code. After launch, we check Search Console for crawl errors.

  • A 301 map for every old URL with traffic or links
  • Posts and pages moved into your new editor
  • Domain, hosting, and analytics moved into your accounts

How a project runs

Plain English at every step, and calls set around your working day.

How we start

We start with a one-page plan listing every page and form. Before any code, the domain, hosting, GitHub repository, and CMS are set up in your name. Code lives in your GitHub from day one. IP is assigned to you as each invoice is paid.

Working together

We set call times around your working day. Open the preview link on your phone, submit a test form, and tell us what to change.

A board you can open

A shared board shows what's done and what's waiting on copy. You get written updates and a preview link as the work moves. More on how we work.

Who you talk to

There's no account manager in between. AI drafts; a named engineer reviews every change. We price by the project or the week, so faster work doesn't raise your bill.

Stack, and why

Next.js

Fast static pages, and room to share code with your app later.

A headless CMS, such as Sanity

Your team edits pages, posts, and the changelog without a developer.

HubSpot or your CRM

Each demo request arrives as a contact, with its source and UTM tags.

Cal.com

Visitors book a call on the site, straight onto your calendar.

Stripe

Checkout and subscriptions, when you're ready to take payments.

Plausible or Fathom

Cookieless analytics with form goals, so there's no cookie banner.

Cloud in your account (Vercel or Cloudflare)

Hosting bills and access stay with you.

GitHub repository in your name

Every commit is yours from day one.

A shared Slack channel with our team

Questions and preview links in one place.

Questions founders ask

Straight answers, including the ones about cost and time.

How much does a startup website cost?

It depends on the number of pages and templates, the integrations, and whether content moves over from an old site. On the call, you get a ballpark range. After scoping, you get a written estimate. We price by the project, never by the hour.

How long does a Next.js website take?

It depends on the number of pages, the integrations, and how fast copy and approvals come back, which is usually the biggest factor. Launching with your MVP? We plan both together.

Why build a startup website on Next.js?

Next.js builds each page ahead of time, so visitors and search engines get finished HTML quickly. It also lets your team edit pages through a CMS without touching code, and the same codebase can later grow into your product.

How does a website bring in leads?

By making one next step obvious on every page, loading quickly, being easy to find in search, and sending every demo request or contact form straight to your CRM or inbox.

Webflow or custom Next.js?

If your site is mostly marketing pages and your team wants a visual editor, Webflow is often faster and cheaper. If that's you, we'll say so before we start. Next.js fits when the site shares code, logins, or data with your app, or when you've outgrown a page builder's limits. Your team then edits content in a headless CMS.

Will moving off WordPress hurt our search traffic?

Not if the move is planned. Every URL with traffic or backlinks gets a 301 to its new page, and titles, descriptions, and schema carry over. No honest team can promise rankings, but a clean migration protects what you've earned.

What are Core Web Vitals?

Core Web Vitals are Google's measures of how a page feels to use: how fast the main content loads, how quickly it responds to a tap, and whether the layout jumps while it loads. They're part of how Google ranks pages, and they matter most on phones.

Who owns the code and IP?

You do. Code lives in your GitHub from day one. IP is assigned to you as each invoice is paid. The domain, hosting, CMS, and analytics accounts are in your name too.

What hours do you work?

Our team is in India. We set call times around your working day, wherever you are, and questions go in a shared Slack channel.

Or put it in writing

  2. A founder reads it.You get a reply by email, usually with a couple of questions.
